After skipping two days of workout, I felt the need to do some practice. However I was not in the mood for a long one, with many excersises, so I have done only the following:
30 Swings @32kg
300 m on elliptic trainer (that is the distance the was on the display, took about 2 minutes)
30 Swings @32kg
300 m on elliptic trainer
30 Swings @32kg
300 m on elliptic trainer
10 Swings @32kg
100 m on elliptic trainer
This was just a short practice, but it woke me up.
